•    Evaluated the best industry practices of product development models at current stage and over the next 3-5 years

–Mapped the process flow of each best practice from phases to participators
–Evaluated the key stakeholders in each phases and gate models
–Identified the methods to evolve various product testing programs 

•    Identified best model for the client to implement

–Identified both baseline and long term strategies
–Mapping of approaches to launching new products, re-launch, and testing
–Evaluated key objectives and concepts of each stage

•    Assessed 7 case studies including more successful and less successful ones, international and domestic ones to understand the pattern of the best business model for product development in China

•    Organized 1-week China trip for client to help them better understand the China market through guided visits and meetings with stakeholders
