A global MNC has decided to launch a prioritization strategy for its increasing diversified consumer care portfolio in China. Given China’s booming e-commerce environment, the engagement has focused on the online / digital landscape, where SmithStreet has provided the client with strategic e-commerce and digital marketing recommendations to optimize its online business opportunities
